ANNOUNCEMENT OF NAME CHANGE

According to:

1. Decree of General Meeting of Extra Ordinary Shareholders of PT. BPR Sri Artha Lestari date January 27^th, 2018;
2. Deed of Amendment to the Company’s Articles of Association No. 40 date April 20^th, 2018
3. Agreement of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree of Minister of Law and Human Rights No AHU-0008960.AH.01.02 of 2018 date April 20^th, 2018 on Agreement of Deed of Amendment to the Company’s Articles of Association; and
4. Decree of the Head of the Regional Financial Services Authority 8 Bali and Nusa Tenggara No. 62 date May 25^th, 2018;

hereby announced the change of company name:

PT. BPR SRI ARTHA LESTARI

became

PT. BPR LESTARI BALI

This change in the name of the company is not followed by the change of company’s logo. In this regard, it is also stated that:

1. All legal relationships, agreement/contracts, both with customers or business partners (business clients/vendors) that still using the name of PT. BPR Sri Artha Lestari remains in effects;
2. Bank slips (Deposit Slips, Savings or other form of bank slips) that containing the name of PT. BPR Sri Artha Lestari still can be used until further notice;
3. ATM card bearing the name of PT. BPR Sri Artha Lestari still can be used for transaction at Automated Teller Machines (ATM) until further notice;
4. All facilities, benefits and features and all other terms and conditions which are currently still valid in relation to banking services have not changed until further notice.
