The following are policies and practices carried out by PT BPR Lestari Bali ("BPR Lestari") to demonstrate BPR Lestari's commitment to safeguarding and maintaining your privacy and security when you use the LestariMobile application.

 

1. Privacy Policy

BPR Lestari does not sell, exchange or disclose any information related to BPR Lestari customers or mobile banking users. BPR Lestari does not track LestariMobile users. All your banking transactions and other account information are kept confidential in accordance by applicable laws in Indonesia and BPR Lestari's internal policies.

 

2. Security

2.1 Systems

BPR Lestari uses 3 (three) steps of security systems to protect your access and transactions at LestariMobile, namely:

 

a. User ID and password

b. SMS Token (a numeric code sent to the user via a short message)

c. M-PIN (Mobile Personal Identification Number) is the Customer's identification number used for transactions through LestariMobile

 

 

2.2 LestariMobile Access Protection

BPR Lestari requires you to enter your User ID and password before you can access the transaction menu or LestariMobile account information. To ensure protection for you in accessing LestariMobile, please do the following:

 

a. Keep your user ID and password confidential, please do not tell anyone about your ID and password. 

b. Do not disclose your M-PIN or part of your M-PIN to others, even if that person claims to be an employee of BPR Lestari. BPR Lestari never asks for your M-PIN.

c. Change your M-PIN periodically on LestariMobile on the Change M-PIN menu or if you are not sure about the confidentiality of your M-PIN. Do not use easily guessed M-PINs such as 111111, 222222, 123456, 654321, date of birth, car number, address and others. Please do not write your M-PIN where others can read it.

d. Use a different LestariMobile user ID password from the user ID password you use to access other applications.

e. Contact Tanya Lestari if your user ID is blocked. Follow their instructions on how to reactivate your LestariMobile facility.

 

 

 

2.3 LestariMobile E-mail and Transaction Information Protection

BPR Lestari provides you with the facility to register your e-mail address with BPR Lestari. BPR Lestari will use your e-mail address to send information on financial transactions that you have made through LestariMobile. To ensure the protection of sending information to your e-mail address, please do the following:

 

a. Provide BPR Lestari with your valid e-mail address. Please do not use fake e-mail address.

b. Change your e-mail address at LestariMobile immediately if you change your e-mail address.

c. If you contact BPR Lestari via e-mail, do not send your account information that is confidential or sensitive, including your user ID, password, and M-PIN.

 

2.4 LestariMobile Service Termination

a. LestariMobile services will be terminated if one or more of the following conditions are met, namely:

    i. The Customer submits a request to terminate the LestariMobile service to BPR Lestari Bali through the nearest BPR Lestari Bali branch office.

    ii. The Customer closes all accounts connected to LestariMobile by submitting a closing request to BPR Lestari Bali through     the nearest BPR Lestari Bali branch office.

    iii. The Customer uses or allows LestariMobile to be used by other parties to carry out an action that violates the law.

    iv. The Bank carries out an obligation to discontinue access to this service as required under the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations.

    v. The Bank, at its discretion and interest, terminates the provision of LestariMobile services by giving notification to the customer through the media determined by the Bank.

b. The terminated LestariMobile account will be deleted and no longer accessible after 1×24 hours (maximum) if condition in point a. is met.

c. For the re-activation of the LestariMobile service, which was terminated by either the Bank or the customer in point a. above, you must follow the new customer registration procedure.
