BPR Lestari Bali General Meeting of Shareholders 2021 Reported Asset Position of Rp. 6.4 Trillion

General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of PT. (Incorporated Company) BPR Lestari Bali was held on Tuesday (26/01). In this online GMS, it was reported that the performance of BPR Lestari Bali managed to record an asset position of Rp. 6.4 Trillion, a positive growth of Rp. 213 billion or 3.5% from last year's position. Meanwhile the company posted a profit of Rp. 150 billion decreased by Rp. 27 billion or -15.2% from last year's position.

 

"The size of the business continues to grow, even though the growth in assets is not significant compared to the previous year. However, in 2021 we are targeting growth in the size of the business to be back on track, as well as profit growth,” said Pribadi Budiono, CEO of BPR Lestari Bali.

 

At this year's GMS, a replacement of commissioners was also conducted. Resignation of Mr. Eddy Ateng, and the appointment of Mr. Yohanes Santoso Wibowo as independent commissioner. Yohanes Santoso Wibowo is a former Deputy Commissioner of the OJK (Financial Services Authority). 

 

"Mr. Eddy Ateng remains a shareholder of the company, we are also very pleased that Mr. Santoso joined us. We really need his experience to build this company,” said Alex P. Chandra, Chairman of BPR Lestari Group. 

 

Several BPRs under the auspices of the BPR Lestari Group have also recorded positive growth. As a group, the recorded asset position is Rp. 7.4 Trillion, grew by Rp. 369 billion or 5.2% from the end of last year.

 

For your information, there are 7 BPR under the auspices of the BPR Lestari Group spread across the islands of Bali and Java, including BPR Lestari Bali (Denpasar), BPR Lestari Jatim (Malang), BPR Lestari Jateng (Solo), BPR Lestari Jabar (Bekasi), BPR Lestari Banten (Tangerang), BPR Lestari Jakarta (West Jakarta), and BPR Lestari Jogja (Yogyakarta).

 

"The big challenge seems to have passed, in 2021 we can focus on boosting the business," concluded Alex.
