Launching the ‘Order from Home’ Feature, BPR Lestari Helps MSMEs Selling Via the LestariDiskon Application

Consumer behavior is believed to have changed due to the pandemic. Consumers tend to do many activities from home, including their consumptive activities. Having seen this condition, BPR Lestari Bali launched a new feature in the LestariDiskon application called the ‘Order from Home’ feature. This feature allows MSMEs to serve consumer orders without the need to go to merchant outlets.

"We provide this feature to MSMEs, making it easier for them to reach a wider market, where currently consumers are more likely to order goods or food from home," said Pribadi Budiono, President Director of BPR Lestari Bali.

Orders from consumers will be delivered by delivery fleets owned by merchants or via online motorcycle taxis; instant delivery within the city area. "We started with ready stock orders and instant delivery. However, currently we are still developing a system so that consumers can place Pre-Order (PO) as well" said Pribadi.

In addition to ordering from home, users can also show e-cards of the LestariDiskon application to get a 10% -50% discount at merchants, special discounts are obtained by priority customers of BPR Lestari with The Royal and Lestari First e-cards. Various merchants are available in this application, ranging from restaurants, coffee shops, recreation areas, fashion shops, spa treatments to villas and hotels.

Currently the LestariDiskon application has 39 thousand users, and there are 2 thousand merchants on this application. "We are also developing this application so that these MSMEs can sell their products to markets outside the city, in order to expand their sales. We design the LestariDiskon application as one of our forms of support for MSMEs in Bali. " concluded Pribadi.
